- Proof of ownership
- Undertaking from the side of the applicant
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) in case the applicant is a tenant.
- Attested copy of applicant’s CNIC.
- Attested copies of CNIC of two witnesses (not required in case of single phase connection)
- A copy of the concerned tariff duly signed by the consumer.
- Now its time to submit the application
- Get a printed copy of the application form.
- Attach a copy of all required documents with the application form.
- Send the application along with all attachments to the concerned office.
- You will receive a demand notice after the verification of documents.
- Now you have to pay the demand notice to the designated bank.
- Submit a copy of paid demand notice to the concerned office.
- The meter connection will be installed after payment verification of the demand notice.
